• Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order for a Taweez, you must notify us via email within 24 hours of placing the order to receive a full refund, provided the creation process has not yet begun.
• Refunds (Damaged/Incorrect Item): If your physical Taweez arrives damaged or if you receive an item that is clearly incorrect based on your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund upon the return of the damaged item.
• Non-Refundable: We do not offer refunds based on a failure to achieve the desired spiritual or material outcome, as results are not guaranteed, per our Legal Disclaimer.
2. Consultations and Digital Services
• Consultations: If you must cancel or reschedule a confirmed consultation, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund or to rebook without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
• Digital Content: Purchases of digital content (e.g., e-books, audio files) are final and non-refundable.
